Summary of the marketing requirements
Alternative investment fund managers from an EU country or a non-EU country can apply for authorisation to market alternative investment funds established in an EU or a non-EU country to retail investors in Denmark according to Section 5 (4) and section 5 a of the Alternative In-vestment Fund Managers etc. Act and the Executive Order no. 976 of 19 May 2021. Managers must prepare a document containing significant investor information according to Executive Order no. 598 of 12 June 2013.
