Embedded in the Capital Markets division the office supervises investment funds (UCITS and AIF), investment firms, asset managers, fund administrators and custodians, as well as dealing with product governance issues.
The team consists of a staff with an international as well as a multilingual background. The staff’s competences are both regulatory and economic. This provides for an interaction amongst competences that balance regulatory requirements with an understanding of industry interests. The team is available for preliminary and informal talks on planned business models and timely handling of administrative requests.
